Usage of our products for 30 days or more will assure the products meet your criteria and fulfill your requirements. If in case you are not satisfied, please contact our customer service first. We will do our best to resolve your issues. If you are still not convinced then, you can ask for a refund, which would be duly processed back for you. Please read the guidelines carefully governing the refund policy.

Refund request will not be applicable in the following cases :

  1. Subscription purchases, installation & configuration fees, customization and development service fees.
  2. You changed your mind about the purchase.
  3. You choose not to use the product anymore.
  4. You find that our product doesn’t suit your needs. You can view the demo on our website prior to purchasing a product, refer to the product documentation to learn about the functionalities of the product, and contact customer service for any inquiries. However, if you are looking for particular functionality in our extension, you can contact us. Our development team would review your request and possibly implement this in the later version of the extension. For any kind of urgency, you can purchase customization & development services on our website.
  5. Any problem occurs due to bugs on your existing website.
  6. Your existing scripts conflict with other 3rd party software (themes, extensions, plugins, add-ons, scripts and etc. from another vendor) installed on your website.
  7. You bought an item by mistake and the product(s) were sent/ already downloaded by you.
  8. You do not contact the support team for help.


We issue refunds if the following criteria apply:

  1. Request for the refund is within 30 days of purchase.
  2. There was an issue with the description of the product and you were misled.
  3. If there is an issue with installing, configuring, functioning, or displaying content.
  4. If our support team is unable to fix the problem.

Purchases with reward points

We will not acceept refund requests for products purchases on our website with reward points, coins, etc.

Promotional offer purchases

Product purchases with special promotional offers such as (but not limited to) the anniversary sale, black Friday sale, special occasion sale, the new year offers, etc. don't meet the criteria for issuing a refund.

Bundle purchase

We will not accept refund request for Bundle purchase for any items when your purchased extension bundle we assume you already experienced with it.

Updates to the refund policy

This refund policy can be updated at any time, without prior notice, and is applicable immediately for all subscriptions and subscribers. It is considered an integral part of our Terms of Service and its acceptance is mandatory for all users.
